Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cxbaje ("cxbaje", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cxbaje website located at cxbaje.com and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cxbaje Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using the cxbaje Platform. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

cxbaje reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on cxbaje, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in Bangladesh, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of cxbaje, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the cxbaje Platform, voluntarily or otherwise, under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under any condition that impairs your judgement.
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated by any competent authority.

cxbaje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by our support team will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the payment source, and all winnings will be voided. cxbaje will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to the discovery of the player's age.

Account Registration

To access the full range of cxbaje services — including depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on cxbaje. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. cxbaje shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. cxbaje staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. cxbaje shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to player safety, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and fraud prevention, cxbaje may require you to complete identity verification at any point during your account lifecycle. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the successful completion of KYC verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cxbaje supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). cxbaje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on cxbaje is ৳200. Deposits are processed instantly in the case of bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transfers under standard operating conditions. In exceptional circumstances — such as scheduled maintenance windows on a payment provider's system — deposit processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited to your cxbaje account within 30 minutes of the payment being confirmed by your payment provider, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission under normal circumstances, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification checks. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cxbaje reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal requests.

Bonuses & Promotions

cxbaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate "Bonus Balance" and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered ৳30,000 in total eligible bets before it becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Players cannot stack multiple bonuses unless the promotion terms explicitly permit it.
• cxbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to respecting any commitments already made to players who have already claimed the offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or shared between accounts.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

User Obligations & Conduct

By using the cxbaje Platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations and standards of conduct at all times. Violation of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance and any pending winnings, and if appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

You Agree That You Will:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• Use the Platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes.
• Keep your account credentials strictly confidential and not share your login details with any third party.
• Notify cxbaje immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Platform.
• Take full personal responsibility for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in your jurisdiction.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name and over which you have full legal authority.

You Agree That You Will NOT:

• Register more than one account on the cxbaje Platform.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or system to interact with the Platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or bypassing security measures.
• Exploit any error, malfunction, or software bug on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraud in connection with any game or sports betting market on the Platform.
• Conduct any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity through your cxbaje account.
• Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the cxbaje Platform's software or systems.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with other players' use of the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the cxbaje Platform — including but not limited to the cxbaje brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, images, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cxbaje or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

cxbaje grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from cxbaje.
• Use the cxbaje name, logo, or any associated brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, scrape, or data-mine any part of the Platform for any purpose.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without an express written licence from cxbaje.

Game content available on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective studios and their licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cxbaje excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the cxbaje Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from any malfunction, interruption, or error on the Platform.

While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cxbaje shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In all circumstances, cxbaje's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your cxbaje account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Suspension or Closure by cxbaje

cxbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of Platform errors.
• Chargebacks initiated against cxbaje by the player's payment provider.
• A player's self-exclusion request.

Where cxbaje closes an account on the basis of suspected fraud or money laundering, cxbaje is entitled to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities. In such cases, cxbaje shall not be obligated to return any funds held in the account until the investigation is concluded and cxbaje is satisfied as to their legitimate origin.

Amendments to These Terms

cxbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by sending an email to the address registered on their account and by displaying a prominent notice on the cxbaje Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of these Terms will always reflect the date on which the most recent version came into force.

Your continued use of the cxbaje Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cxbaje operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform committed to fair play, SSL-encrypted transactions, and transparent dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute relating to your cxbaje account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you should follow the process below:
