cxbaje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by our support team will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the payment source, and all winnings will be voided. cxbaje will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to the discovery of the player's age.
Account Registration

General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate "Bonus Balance" and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
- Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered ৳30,000 in total eligible bets before it becomes withdrawable.

User Obligations & Conduct

Violation of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance and any pending winnings, and if appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player

Before your account is closed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Suspension or Closure by cxbaje
